Shaw shines for England
The summer of 2021 will be one that lives long in the memory of England fans.
Gareth Southgate would guide the Three Lions to their first-ever European Championship final and just their second-ever major international final after the World Cup in 1966.
A number of English stars impressed over the summer, but one of the standouts was certainly Luke Shaw.
The Manchester United left-back had a starring 2020/21 campaign with the Red Devils and continued that form into Euro 2020.
Shaw would provide three assists for England and score the opener in the final vs Italy.

Could Shaw miss the start of next season?
This, combined with his recent Manchester United form, has made Shaw a very popular pick on Fantasy Premier League ahead of the new season getting underway.
At the time of writing, Shaw is currently owned by just over 46 per cent of FPL users.
However, a new report from the Telegraph on Tuesday suggests players may need to air on the side of caution when picking Shaw.
This comes with the Telegraph reporting that Man United want to assess Shaw’s fitness for the start of 2021/22 after he played at Euro 2020 with broken ribs.
Shaw is understood to have suffered the injury vs Germany in the round of 16 but played through the pain.
The left-back is currently on holiday following the Euro 2020 final so United cannot currently determine how bad the injury is, but it is certainly one FPL and Man United fans will want to keep an eye on.
